St John's is an Anglican (Church of England) Church, in the central to liberal Catholic tradition.   

We are a warm, open-minded, creative congregation, drawn largely from the local community.   

While some of us have been Christians all our lives, others might prefer to call ourselves honest doubters and people with questions. All of us are on a journey of discovery with God.

We aim to be an inclusive church welcoming everyone, whatever their age, background, ethnicity, sexuality or relationship status.     

We endeavour to provide thoughtful, accessible, high-quality public worship and scope to explore what a meaningful faith might look like today.
